１．基本規則
1.1 The FIS rules and regulations shall apply along with the following amendments:

2.1 All those who meet the alpine medical classifications as indicated in Section V, Chapter 1.
2.2 Classification (see Section V, Chapter 1).
2.3 All classes, including B1 - B2/B3, are allowed to compete in all alpine disciplines (Downhill, Super-G, Giant Slalom and Slalom).

3. CLASS QUOTAS

3.1 A nation may enter a maximum of three (3) competitors per class per event (Downhill, Super-G, Giant Slalom and Slalom).
3.2 In order for a class to be valid for competition the following applies:
Men: Two continents and five countries - minimum of eight racers.
Women: Two continents and four countries - minimum of six racers.

6. TECHNICAL RULES FOR DISABLED
障害者用技術規則

6.1 Competitors in classes LW2 and LW9 skiing with one ski are not allowed to use the free limb in contact with the snow to gain speed or to keep balance. Any violation of this rule will cause a disqualification.
6.1 １本のスキーで滑るLW2およびLW9の選手は、加速したり、バランスを保ったりするためにスキーをつけていない方の脚を雪につけてはならない。この規則に対するいかなる反則も失格の対象となる。
6.2 In all B-classes the competitor and his guide are a team. Therefore, visually disabled competitors and their guides will be trained and entered by their National Federation for Alpine events.
6.2すべてBクラスは、選手とガイドで１チームとみなす。従って、アルペン競技に参加する視覚障害者とそのガイドは、各国連盟が訓練およびエントリーを行わなければならない。
6.3 For B1 a guide is obligatory. For B2/B3 a guide is also allowed and recommended.
6.3 B1クラスでは、ガイドと出場することを義務づけている。B2/B3クラスでもガイドとの出場を認めており、これを推奨している。
6.4 Guidance must be by voice only. Radio communication and voice amplification between guide and competitor is accepted. No other means of communication are allowed during Alpine races.
6.4誘導は音声にのみよるものとする。ガイドと選手との連絡のために、無線や拡声器を使用してもよい。アルペン競技ではそれ以外の通信手段を認めない。
6.5 No physical contact between the guide and competitor is allowed during the race except in case of a fall, where assistance from the guide or a Course Marshall is permitted.
6.5転倒した場合にはガイドやコース係員からの助力が認められているが、それ以外の場合には、競技中のガイドと選手間のいかなる身体的接触も認めない。
6.6 Helmets are obligatory in all B classes for competitors and guides in all races.
6.6全てのレースにおいて、すべてのBクラスで、選手とガイドにヘルメットの着用が義務づけられている。
6.7 All competitors in class B1 must wear black shades/glasses during the competition. The model of the black shades/glasses is optional but they must be tested and accepted by the referee before the start.
6.7 B1クラスのすべての選手は、競技中黒いアイマスクかまたは前の見えない黒い眼鏡を着用しなければならない。黒いアイマスクや眼鏡の型は自由だが、スタート前に審判が検査しなければならない。
6.8 The guide may guide from any position.
6.8ガイドはどのような位置から誘導してもよい。

6.9 The guide will not pass through the starting gate, but the competitor must.
6.9ガイドは必ずしもスターティングゲートを通過しなくてもよいが、　選手は通過する必要がある。。
6.10 The timer's equipment at the finish area must be able to allow for the guide to go through the finish before or after the competitor. The chronometer must only read the competitor's time.
6.10フィニッシュ地点の計時装置は、ガイドが選手より先にフィニッシュラインを通過しても、後に通過しても計測可能なものとする。この計時装置は、選手のタイムだけを記録するものとする。

8. ADMINISTRATIVE RULES
８．運営規則
8.1 (FIS #219) Draw and Start Order.
At the first Team Captains' meeting the class starting order will be determined. The B classes start first in all races.
In Downhill, Super-G and GS, sit skiers should go after the blind.

The Jury has the right to withdraw a competitor if his/her technique is considered not up to the competition standard.

8.5 (FIS #603.10.1) Safety Expert.
In addition to a safety expert, a disabled person with international race experience may be consulted. He will have no vote.

8.6 (FIS #611.2.1) Electric Timing.
The starting wand must be adjustable in order to accommodate sit skiers (LW10, LW11and LW12).

8.7 (FIS #616) Microphones
Public address systems, snow machines or other noise must be kept to a minimum at the Start, Finish and on the entire race course so all blind competitors can hear their guide.

Intervals for the B Classes, LW1 and LW3 must be lengthened according to the ability of the racer. The intervals for the B Classes should be a minimum of one half the race course.

8.9 (FIS #624) Interruption of the Race.
Course preparation:
The course crew must be trained to prepare the course for the disabled. In Slalom, the course on all sides of the turning pole must be kept clear of snow build-up to allow for the outriggers.

Competitors must not receive assistance of any kind during the race, except Class LW5/10/11/12, B1,2/3 where help can be given, but only by officials of the course, if requested.

8.12 (FIS #661.4) Gate Passage.
Correct Passage:
A gate has been correctly passed when both racer's ski tips and feet (foot) have passed across the gate line. If a racer loses one ski without fault, i.e. not straddling, the ski tip of the remaining ski and both feet must pass the gate line. In sit skiing, the entire ski must pass the gate line from tip to tail.
8.12 (FIS #661.4) 旗門通過
正しい通過：
　競技者のスキーの両先端と片足または両足が旗門線を交差した場合、正しく通過したとみなされる。競技者が片方のスキーを旗門線に交差させなかった場合、脚を広げて滑ったというような失敗をしたのでなければ、もう片方のスキーの先端と両足が旗門線を通過しなければならない。シットスキーは、スキーの先端から後端まで、スキー全体が旗門線を通過しなければならない。
8.13 All LW competitors are allowed to sideslip through the gates.
8.13すべてLWクラスの競技者は、旗門通過時に横滑りすることを認められる。
8.14 All B competitors and guides can sideslip or snow plough at a slow speed.
8.14すべてBクラスの競技者とガイドは低スピードで横滑りしたり、八の字で滑走することができる。
8.15 B classes will be the first to inspect a course.

8.16 The FIS rule on binding heights will only apply to the following classes :
LW4, 5/7,6/8, B1, B2 and B3.
8.16ビンディングの高さに関するFISの規則は、以下のクラスにのみ適用される。
8.17 All Mono-skis must have some ski-brake device.
8.17すべてのモノスキーは、何らかのブレーキに該当する部品を装着しなければならない。
8.18 The 80% Rule, for the second run, to be applied to the start list for the first run unless the class does not have sufficient entries, that is eight (8) men, six (6) women. The 80% Rule will apply to combination of classes but not the individual classes within the combined group.
8.18第2走では、男子8名、女子6名という最低エントリー数を満たしていない場合、第一走のスタートリストに対して、80%ルールが適用される。80%ルールは、統合クラス（コンバインド）には適用されるが、統合したグループ内の個々のクラスには適用されない。
8.19 Results : the result display board in the finish area is to clearly show each racers number, real time, factored time and placing, based upon factored time.
8.19競技成績：フィニッシュ地点の競技成績掲示板には、各競技者のナンバー、実際のタイム、factoredタイム、factoredタイムに基づいた順位を明確に示さなくてはならない。
8.20 After classification lists are completed generally no protests are to be accepted after 24 hours. The absolute latest time for protests is by the Team Captainﾕs meeting of the first first race.
8.20クラス分けリストが完成したら、通常24時間後にはいかなる抗議も認められない。抗議の絶対最終期限は、最初の第一レースの監督会議までとする。
