CLASSIFICATION FOR ALPINE SKIING ４．アルペン種目のクラス分け 4.1 LOCOMOTOR DISABLED ATHLETES 4.1.1 CLASS LW 1 Eligible for class LW 1 are those with severe disabilities in both lower limbs; typical disability profile of the class: double above knee amputation 4.1.1 運動機能障害を持つ選手 4.1.1 クラスLW1 LW1に該当するのは両下肢に重度の障害を持つ選手である：このクラスの典型的な障害：両大腿切断 Disabled competitor skiing with 2 stabilizers or 2 poles plus normal skis tied together (2 above knee prostheses). Disabled competitor skiing with 2 stabilizers or 2 poles plus 1 or 2 normal skis with a below knee prosthesis and an above knee amputation. Disabled competitor skiing with 2 stabilizers or 2 poles and 2 normal skis or different skis and having a disability in both lower limbs other than amputation as a decrease of at least 45 points in both lower limbs or equivalent disability. Disabled competitor skiing with 2 stablizers or 2 poles plus 1 or 2 normal skis. CP 5 with severe diplegic involvement. Disabled competitor skiing with 2 stablizers or 2 poles plus 1 or 2 normal skis. Athletes who have function in the lower limbs are not allowed to use it outside of the equipment at any time during the race. B2 From ability to recognise the shape of a hand up to a visual acuity of 2/60 and/or visual field of less than 5 degrees. B3 From visual acuity above 2/60 up to visual acuity of 6/60 and/or visual field of more than 5 degrees and less than 20 degrees.
