Disabilities in both lower limbs with a decrease of muscular strength on both lower limbs with a maximum of 65 points (normal 80) of muscle strength or equivalent disabilities. 両下腿切断 両下肢の筋力が低下し、最大65ポイント（通常80ポイント）の筋力か、同等の機能障害を持つもの。 CP5 - Diplegic involvement at both legs comparable with a) and b). Equipment used in competition has to be according to the classification card. LW9に該当するのは、片上肢、片下肢に障害を持つ選手である。この場合使用器具は選択できるが、クラス分けカードに従った組み合わせにしなければならない。 Severe disability in upper and lower limbs i.e. amputation or comparable (one side, diagonal or a combination of more limbs). 片上肢・片下肢の重度障害。例：切断またはそれと同等の障害（同側の上下肢障害、または片上肢とその反対側の片下肢、三肢以上の組み合わせ）。 CP-disorders affecting at least one leg and one arm, i.e. CP 7, severe CP5 and CP 6.
