11. Participant Entry Fees

JPY 10,200 (Euro60) per day per person includes the followings:
♦Half board accommodation (19 Feb - 26Feb) --- Dinner on the arrival day of 19 Feb is not included
♦Lift ticket
♦1st Entry Form

12. Fees for surface transportation and baggage

JPY 8,500 (Euro50) per person includes the followings.
Shared ride bus will be provided between Narita Airport and Hakuba, Nagano at your request.
♦(19 Feb / 27 Feb) Arranged bus between Narita Airport and Hakuba
♦Baggage will be separately transferred by truck.

13. Bank Information

The total fees including Race Entry Fees, Participant Entry Fees, the Fees for transportation and the additional travel cost should be transferred to the following bank account no later than 10th January 2008.
(The additional travel will be elaborated further in the attached sheet.)

14. Deadlines

♦First Entry	Submitted no later than 30 November 2007 If you require the flight arrangements, please submit the attached Flight Request Form as well as First Entry Form
♦Final Entry	Submitted no later than 24 December 2007 Baggage List will be submitted.
♦Payments	Completed no later than 10 January 2008 We expect to find the exact amount in the assigned account in YEN. Please transfer all the fees in yen following to Invoices we issue, and take care of any transferring fees on your side.

15. Accommodation

We provide accommodations in 2 or 3 bedded rooms near the venue for your easy access. Each hotel has a waxing room. Accommodations from 19 Feb (IN) to 27 Feb (OUT) for 8 nights will be covered by Participant Entry Fees.

16. Extra days

In case of your late departure the arrangement will be not covered by Participant Entry Fees. For your departure on 28 Feb, you need to stay near Narita Airport or in Tokyo. Please refer to the attached sheets for the additional arrangements.

17. Arrival Information

AIRPORT	We will welcome you at Narita Airport (International), not at Haneda Airport.
ARRANGED BUS	Transportation will be arranged between Narita Airport and Hakuba at your request. It takes you about 5 hours including short breaks on the way. Please note that it will be a long journey from Korea.
BAGGAGE	Ski equipment will be separately transferred by truck. They will be transferred on the same date however we cannot guarantee the arrival time depending on traffic conditions and whether conditions. Please separately pack your personal things which you need when you arrive at hotel. Baggage list will be required with your final entry form.

18. Air Travel by Japan Airlines

Japan Airlines offer the special service as the official carrier for World Cup Final HAKUBA 2008. Special price and conditions visiting Korea and Japan from your area will be offered at your request. Please refer to the attached sheets and send a request form back.
