The Organizing committee suggests that you would depart from Hakuba in the morning of 27 Feb, and stay overnight in Tokyo or Narita due to a 5 hour-long-journey from Hakuba to Narita Airport. It is depending on traffic and weather condition. Please arrange your return flight departing on 28 Feb

4. Rules

The competition rules shall be in accordance with IPCAS-Rule Book 2007/2008 valid until 1st October 2008 and ICR-FIS Rules.

6. IPC Membership

The Organizing Committee will only accept entry forms from NPC / NSF in good standing with the IPC. Furthermore, only those entry forms submitted by the NPC President, Secretary General, or his/her responsible Person for Skiing will be processed. For more information on the IPC's membership policies or to address general membership issues, please contact the IPC Membership Relations Department.

7. Participant Insurance

Each NPC must ensure that all the members of their delegation are appropriately insured, including coverage for travel, liability and accidents. All delegation members must have appropriate accident and health insurance in order to race in international ski competitions. For more information please contact the IPCAS-STC

8. Age Limit

Competitors should be over 15 years, or they must turn 15 years old during the competition year. The race season starts on 1st of June 2007 and ends on 31st of May 2008.

9. AS Point Limit

DH or SG -Limit: Below 120 IPCAS-Points from the Dec 22nd 2007SG or DH-IPCAS-Point-List
GS-Limit: Below 100 IPCAS-Points from the Dec 22nd 2007 GS-IPCAS-List
SL-Limit: Below 100 IPCAS-Points from the Dec 22nd 2007 SL-IPCAS-List

10. Race Entry Fees

JPY 1,700 (Euro10) per Race and DH official training
This Race Entry Fees are not refundable.
